Delivery Information
Flower Delivery
Next Day Flower Delivery is available 7 days a week when the order is placed before 10pm* or 4pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery and *2pm Sunday for Monday delivery.
Delivery is free. If a third party courier, deliveries are made via Royal Mail, unable to make the delivery, a calling card should normally be left. This will not state that it is a flower delivery. The customer will receive up to date tracking information. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm.
We will always try to deliver on the requested date however we cannot guarantee this. Important Information: We dispatch all flowers on a tracked next day service. All gifts are dispatched the day before the requested delivery date. For exceptions, please refer to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Hospital and University Deliveries
It is important to check that the location of the recipient will accept a florist delivery as we cannot be liable for refused deliveries. When sending flowers to a hospital it is important to check that we have upto date delivery information including ward details
Extra Delivery Information
Please ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery on the chosen date. Please provide accurate delivery information, including all address fields; if unsure about the recipient's postcode, feel free to contact us for assistance. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for additional delivery charges resulting from unsuccessful deliveries. Ensure accurate delivery details, as we reserve the right to charge the full order value for a resend if we are unable to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or refused delivery. Once dispatched, delivery details cannot be amended. Courier-delivered flowers may arrive until 9 pm on the specified date. Please be aware that in certain areas of the UK, such as Scotland and Northern Ireland, an extra day in transit may be required, although this is rare, and we cannot offer a refund in such cases.
Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to flowers and plants due to their perishable nature, but they do apply to other gifts we offer.
