Delivery

Can I pick a specific delivery date? - Choose the "Tracked Named Day Delivery" option for products eligible for free delivery on your preferred date. Alternatively, opt for our "Guaranteed Before 1pm Next Day Delivery" service for a fee of £8.99 when ordered before 2pm. Both services provide trackable delivery and SMS updates. Do you offer same day delivery? - Unfortunately, we do not provide same-day delivery services. Deliveries are typically scheduled between 8am and 6pm. However, during busy periods, deliveries may occur outside of this timeframe.

Can I pick a certain time for delivery? - We regret to inform you that we cannot provide a specific delivery time slot. Deliveries are typically scheduled between 8am and 6pm, arranged at the discretion of our couriers. Please be aware that during peak periods, deliveries may occur outside of this time frame.

What happens if the delivery is missed if the recipient is not at home? - If the recipient is unavailable during the attempted delivery, our courier will leave a message card with instructions for the rescheduled delivery.

Do you deliver to hospitals? - We do offer delivery to hospitals, but we advise checking with the hospital beforehand to ensure they permit fresh flower deliveries to the wards, as they may have specific regulations in place. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for complete details.

Ordering

Can I order from overseas? - Yes, you can place your order online using most credit/debit cards accepted worldwide. All transactions will be processed in UK pounds sterling and converted to your local currency at the exchange rate determined by your card issuer.

Has my order been approved? - Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an automated email from Cancer Research Flowers confirming your order details along with your unique order number.

How do I cancel or amend my order? - If we receive sufficient notice before dispatch, we can accommodate changes to your order. Please contact us promptly via telephone or email if you need to cancel or modify your order. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Payment

Which cards do you accept for payment? - We welcome a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Message

Can I include a particular message? - Every order comes with a complimentary personal message, which you can add during checkout. Please remember to include your name on the card, as it won't be automatically included otherwise. Message cards can contain up to 200 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

Where will I find the message on arrival? - All messages will be enclosed within the box along with your flowers

Can I place an order anonymously? - The only information included with the gift is the personal message card. If no message is added or you opt not to include your name, the gift will be sent anonymously. Following GDPR guidelines, we do not share any other details with your recipient. Additionally, we do not include an invoice or receipt with the order; you will only receive an email confirmation

Our Flowers

Why do some flowers come in bud? - This precaution is taken to safeguard the flowers from potential damage during transit. Certain flowers, like Lilies, are dispatched directly from our growers while still in their bud form. Aside from preventing damage during transit, this practice also benefits recipients by ensuring that the flowers remain fresh for a longer period.

How are the flowers packed? - Our flowers are arranged into bouquets and then meticulously packaged in a custom-designed box. Each bouquet is equipped with an Aqua Pack/Liquid Gel containing water and nutrients, ensuring that the bouquet stays fresh throughout the journey.

Can I make my own custom bouquet? - We don't provide personalised bouquet services and are unable to fulfill custom requests for specific flower colours or varieties. All products are arranged as depicted on the website.

Premium Bouquets

We use only premium, fresh cut flowers in the bouquets we send out. These are hand-tied by professional florists. Some flowers are sent in their bud-form to ensure the bouquet lasts longer. You can also send a little extra with your gift and a free message card.
